There is a minimum shipping charge of $5.99 per order. For orders above $200, shipping costs are automatically adjusted based on the order volume.

Troy Smith

    Troy Smith is Chairman of the Board of Winners Circle Tactical Solutions, LLC, a San Antonio based company with offices in Baltimore, MD. WCTS is an African American Business Enterprise (AABE), Emerging Small Business Enterprise (ESBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE). Winners Circle Tactical Solutions is an innovative training program for law enforcement and military designed to enhance performance in real world situation.
Troy is a member of several religious organizations to include; The Shields of Christ, a first responder’s organization of law enforcement and firefighters who provide religious support; The Ministry of the Third Cross, an organization that works with convicted felons to provide religious support and job opportunities upon release from prison; and, The Prison Ministries in bringing the scriptures to the inmates.

    Mr. Smith showed his commitment to the community by becoming an active supporter of the United Way Organization, the American Cancer Society, the San Antonio Women’s and Children’s Shelter, and the San Antonio 100 Club since the early 1990’s. He also participates in Habitat for Humanity and San Antonio area Community clean-up projects.

    In 1989 Troy became the Founder and President of the San Antonio Police Athletic League (P.A.L). P.A.L was instrumental in creating a better relationship between law enforcement and low income communities. This was accomplished by providing youth sports like basketball, baseball, judo, volleyball, bowling, golf, and football, to over twenty thousand children in the inaugural year. Educators were included into the program by providing one hour of tutorial work prior to each activity; and with that, in 1992, then President George H.W. Bush came to watch the P.A.L. children play and participate in the workshop. P.A.L. played a major role in the Spurs Drug-Free league being given the Point of Light Award.
Troy was the Founder and Commissioner of the Spurs/ Pizza Hut Midnite basketball program. The program was designed to provide an outlet for young men and women aged 17 to 25 by providing basketball leagues. They had to attend workshops 1 hour before their games. Area businesses would come in and discuss employment opportunities in the workshops.

    Troy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Grambling State University. And continuing education courses in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Troy is a South, New Jersey native.

Kiya Safai

    Kiya Safai is a businessman, innovator, philanthropist, and the founder and chairman of the Foundation in Human Potential. The creation of the Foundation in Human Potential caps his more than two decades of assistance to nonprofit organizations as board member and volunteer. It furthers his personal drive to apply sound business practices in marketing and training to help grassroots organizations improve the lives of the disadvantaged and the youth.

    Safai is an entrepreneur with a focus on improving lives and serving communities. He has served on the boards of directors and committees of the Central Ohio Arthritis Foundation, Maryland Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Lung Association Maryland Chapter, Diabetes Association, Lower Shore Enterprises, Children’s Theatre of Delmarva, and Eastern Shore Children’s Science Museum. He also served as the chairman of the Eastern Shore Business Leadership Network, a recipient of a U.S. Department of Labor award recognizing innovation and collaboration in advancing the employment of individuals with disabilities. With each, he has been a catalyst, furthering the work of others, building networks of supporters, refining and broadcasting their goals; developing programs, and building solid foundations for growth of the organizations.
    Kiya has a Bachelor of Science Degree in aerospace Engineering.
